for chaebols they would be
- take a long time to decide
- but when decided they move extremely quickly
- conservative decisions in areas outside core business
- visionary risk takers at times in core businesses
- prefer huge scale investment over smaller ones
- always screwing over suppliers hard, especially SMEs
- like to outsource in house through subsidiaries
and the most important
- utterly obsessed with vertical integration
(join the dots on that for ASM)
