The best thing about the announcement is the Koreans haven't tried to take advantage of the weak share price and negotiate a lower buy in valuation for their stake in Dubbo. Shows good faith and an utter resolve to participate. I know this is only tentative at this stage but this seems like a solid partnership and it's only a matter of time before execution. I'm very confident Dubbo will begin earthworks and construction next year. This is going to be a great company.
