That should put a floor of $9 under the current price with ~$12/share on the Dubbo side alone (10% for US$125M) after the FEED/EPC is wrapped up with Hyundai mid 2023.
And they also want a slice of KMP - 30% for US$50M valuing KMP alone at ~US$160M
