key question for me is what is the proposed price of the 10% equity stake in ASM.
The Dubbo stake values the mine component at 1.25B.
The KSMM stake values the KMP at 0.166B.
Say we end up with 4 metals plants, that values the metals business at 0.66B.
That gives a ASM value of 1.9B and an equivalent share price of about $12, much higher than the initial 15M buy in.
key question for me is what is the proposed price of the 10%...
