Is there some Australian regulation that required the trading halt prior to this announcement or was it just Anteris' decision? Here in the US we don't usually have halts before financings are announced, it's just typically quiet periods where the company doesn't announce news.
Edit: and I was able to buy the US listed shares today at about the equivalent of $18.13 AU, they weren't halted.
