You seem to forget one very important point, one I have quoted many times before. This board of directors promised shareholders a share price of $1 by Xdate, $1.50 by Ydate & $2 by Zdate. The company clearly stated that it had all the tools at its disposal to achieve this.
As all shareholders know, they have never got near achieving it.
The issue of all these loan notes is now going to dilute considerably the true NAV of each share, compared to the previous offer.
