And another thing - because AZZ is worth a lot more than $300m doesn't mean that that is what somebody will pay.
If the fundamentals tell me that a share is value $1 then I want to buy it for 50cts.Because there are plenty other deals out there with those odds.
The only way AZZ wld. get real value is to do much more development of the asset but the impatient people don't want that.
