They are being opportunistic. They know JC is in a much weaker negotiating position because he's got a minority shareholder who does not have the patience to wait for a better offer that is agitating to chuck him out.

This may just be conjecture but I feel as though we would have gotten a better offer had it not been for the circus created by Lone Star.

I just hope someone else gives us a hand by coming out to turn this into a bidding war.
