Actually you could argue its a higher offer given that Antares has at least 4000 less acres than it had before.

Given the latest results from those 3 NS wells & the amount spent on them (which would allow you to argue it is perhaps a lower offer, factoring in the cash that didn't need spending drilling/fraccing etc but was).

They need to accept the offer and move on, get out of this hole they've dug.

A bidding war would be nice, but who's to say its not the same party from before.
