I was not aware that we are that close to a restart of production that it's (already) possible to get a debt financing!
More than 1 million oz of Gold and a market cap of less than $20m resp. less than A$20/oz.
Does not sound expensive, especially when you consider that there is already a production plant that can be used.
Let's hope that the management is able to create more awareness for Hillgrove!
From my point of view the acquisition was a phantastic deal.
The financing of the acquisition was done at a really low price unfortunately. Overall a project that should boost the value of Larvotto and we are super lucky that the Gold price went to a new all-time high.
