Ferrosilicon prices are stable, "Although there is a supply concern for Russian ferro-silicon, there is no problem for the inventory volume and shiploading work at the outport. The current offer is June shipment and the price is up by US$20 from the previous time, or June shipment, because of a sentiment in the whole market.
OM Sarawak (OM) in Malaysia offered ferro-silicon price for June to July shipment now, and the contract price was same as or slightly lower than that of Chinese products for May to June shipment. The operation status of OM is nearly in full operation, and it is reported that there is no excess production capacity yet."
