Agreed, according to a CMSB report many years ago it shows 2022F power price at RM.149/kWh.
Currently that equates to US$0.034/kWh.
Press Metal Aluminium does have a slightly cheaper power cost.
Maybe UOBKayHian doesn't actually know the cost and have made their own estimation.
OMH prefers that nobody knows the actual price but it was CMSB who leaked the prices and the 2.5% yearly increase.
