I wonder if the bulk shipments of alloys that weren't included in the March Quarter will be excluded from the deal?
This could be significant as I calculate that there are 20,000 tonnes of FeSi stocks and 22,000 tonnes of Mn alloys in stock at the end of March. So that 40,000 tonnes of stock at US$2,000/tonne, 10,000 tonnes would've been CMSB share at US$20 million.
