probably a month or so before indias production of ferroalloys get reduced. Shortages of electricity throughout the country in india since middle of april. Ferroalloys being such a consumer of power. Its likely that some production will be taken offline with lower prices. Marginal producer of silicomanganese is indian exports.
High cost electricity + ship and land transfer all the way from india will likely make their exports to south east asia (OMHs main market) too expensive
