Thanks for responding and to be fair it’s quite a comprehensive response so fair play for taking the time.

It’s 6pm on NYE in the pub now so I will be honest and admit I’ve only scan read your reply and my spider senses are telling me all is not what it seems.

I will reply tomorrow bit gut feel is either you’re not fully understanding my questions (which is easy on an internet forum and could be my fault as well) or could be you prefer to broadcast rather then receive, you do fully understand my questions and choose to misunderstand with answers that mean you can still reply in the way you like, or something else.

Again to be balanced appreciate you explaining the %PE method of valuation which I’m well aware off also the %NPV which I sometime use depending on type of project.
