Cym was down to it's last $2mil if it didn't raise during the LOI it would've ran out of cash.

In desperate times and when people's backs are against the wall, I think it's obvious what some people would do.

How much cash does Cym have today? If/When the CR comes and it's to help fund the project great. However, if it's another CR for working cap.........

Everyone here is speculating, unless your calls to Baz are providing you with insider knowledge no one else has. The truth is you have no idea what the real story was with Glencore.
