Gees TP, checked their Ann and quite a few questions really jump out. Firstly, definition of 100% owned. I couldn’t find anywhere that stated what they actually owned or what they leased.
Now all their land they claim are either SITLA or BLM lands, so no private land like we’ve grabbed.
Imagine how long this’ll be tied up in the courts by SUWA on their BLM lands?
Gees, they mention infrastructure, but they are in the middle of outback no where land! No town of Green River like ASN has with its infrastructure of gas, electricity, highway, rail & township and local/state/federal govts happy to sign over the previous army site.
I tried looking for infrastructure & any nearby towns and came up with ZILCH. Gees imagine their capex & Opex- it’ll be through the roof. And BLM won’t allow a plant anywhere near there- the greenies would have a field day!
And like that they’ve stated access to historic wells- can’t use these for production and reinvention wells… just hoping to grab some sample pots- and weren’t some of those returns really awful from some of those wells- can’t really claim that 147ppm across the range when other sites are telling you otherwise.
Glad BWAD put me onto this one- makes me realise we are a decade ahead of these guys and I get the feeling it’ll be a quick pump from the Co to try to sell it.
Unfortunately, as Bwad keeps telling us- lithium sentiment & pricing is dead- so not sure many around to pump this- think they missed the boat- and after Cos like GLN & LKE, etc, no investors left to lose their cash on ‘unicorns’.
