And now as I've said, I'm guessing they've got $35m plus the $9.2m sitting on heir balance sheet

It's difficult to explain how this facility works but I'm aware it was being used about a year ago when the stock price started running into high 30's and stockbrokers were trying to get a placement in at a discounted 30c

The facility allowed the company to effectively raise cash at high 30's without the need to dilute at lower levels

Go back through the quarterlies and read when the facility was set up

It was set up on the 18th March 2020

They announced proceeds of $1 million on the 26th May

And this would have been repeated many times over the last year
