Good job by management on the acquisition cost. Seems interesting and the land holds potential. CC9 only IPO'd 3 weeks ago and have tenements in the area. Keep an eye on them for nearology factors.
Hopefully the market shows some interest in this, but I feel as there hasn't been historical data provided it's hard to get too excited yet.
