Nicely explained Brad, I saw Roger Montgomery's article the other day and looked at UWL and wished I was on that horse and not the one I was on.
Low and behold a couple of days later and it appears I will be stepping on that horse. I'm thinking that it's more likely there will be a scheme of arrangement involving merger rather than cash takeover. Hopefully a marriage made in heaven for both parties!
