Presumably we will be talking x shares in UWL in exchange for y shares in ST1.

ST1 has the longer proven track record, but hit a speed bump which made the shareprice artificially and temporarily low.
UWL is just listed without a period of public track record but has a temporary hyped up artifically high share price.

ST1 has the stronger presence in the business market which is more concentrated (customers per tower) and profitable and desirable than UWL which is stronger in residential.

I know I prefer my ST1 shares to holding UWL, but UWL do appear to have more aggressive and proven telecom Executive Directors.
Together, ST1 and UWL should be a worthwhile company, and I think ST1 holds quite a few cards. Luckily Crazy Diamond is on our side to make sure those cards are well played.

I am certain Crazy Diamond will be all over it and having a big say in what happens here.
Monday will be an interesting trading day to say the least!
Things are moving so quickly at UWL it is difficult to follow let alone value it.
