just did a quick calculation (so may be incorrect) by going through various shareholder notices.....CD and associated parties have paid about 15.8c per share for the 42,000,000 shares or 17.15% of shares owned...imo, one would expect a significant premium to the current share price needs to be offered to get the deal over the line
