    Ha! We've been here half a dozen times before. Every time this business looks like it has its debt cleared away and is hovering on the brink of profitability, the management find something else to buy.

    Debt again. Consultants, brokers, bankers all get to carve off a slice of our delicious money. Directors and management all score delectable bonuses for themselves.
