    I don't think it's a TO attempt . It's simply a rerate of what seems to be a strong turn around operational and the winning of a significant level of contracts which UXC will build on.
    I have seeing some big rerates over short periods. As I said before 1.15-120 ST ( weeks ) and 150 over 12 months imo . If they keep winning contracts 150-18o is not out of the question over 12 months
