What is known about Clean Energy. As well as being interested in WEC's they also are interested inVRFB's as well (See https://www.pearlce.com/what-we-do/our-technologies/) I'm assuming "independent" means private company. Who are their backers? Do they have the financial clout for a TO? Obviously they know of POW's involvement in vanadium, why look further. Any views? In any case it seems a convenient contact in the industry!
