This is a great milestone for the company. Vanadium Redox flow batteries will in my opinion have a great advantage over other current batteries on offer for grid and off grid storage. Now that they have proven that it works on the Western Australian Grid (which I imagine has numerous regulatory hurdles that they have overcome) it should only be a matter of time for them to organise the manufacture of the units. The amount of on and off grid uses for this technology are almost endless.
