I don't think there will be a major sell off, the institutional offering was well supported and no subsequent price plunge. I think the raising was a great tactical move by management in the face of a low ball gift to Mr McCabe as the alternative. Paying him his installment keeps him happy, the wolf from the door & we live to see another day as conditions improve. I may even prompt Mr McCabe (or another entity) to up the ante & make a proper bid whilst we're still in the bargain basement. Today's AFR make the point of cashed up off shore groups looking to exploit the cheap property plays here in Oz whilst there're still available.
