2. You pretty much have a right to make riskless profit. You purchase in to the rights issue at 10cents.. shareprice is now 14.. only becuase the allotment hasnt began. Once the allotement phase is over you will start to see some investors choosing to excerise their 'riskless profit' right and sell at current levels which will lower the shareprice.. however then you will start to see smart investors picking up opportunities to buy at undervalued prices.. which will give the shareprice momentum and lift...

riskless profit/ better potential share (eg one that is oversold and could come back strong short term).
