Yes I thought of not taking up the offer and buying instead AEZ at 9 to 10 cents, or a couple of other undervalued REITS, but bottom line is that VPG will bounce back to 15 cents pretty quickly after the initial sell down. VGP has already shown she can run up to 20 cents quickly...
