    re: Ann: Valad Property Group - Retail Entitl... many will sell their 10c offer at anything above the issue price , which i think will be absorbed by the mrkt. pretty quickly , my prediction on vpg is end nov. we should see 20c+ and with a short term target of 27c by mid december , and an increased nta of 30c plus and lower gearing . gl
