    VALE ROB McDONALDIt is with deep sadness and sincere condolences that the Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (ASX: COB) Board ofDirectors advises of the sudden and unexpected death of COB non-executive director Rob McDonald, onTuesday 21 May 2024, due to natural causes. Rob’s significant business experience, insights, andcontributions were greatly valued by the Board and management.COB chairman Robert Biancardi said “On behalf of COB directors and all of its employees I extend mydeepest condolences to Rob’s family and friends. Rob made a strong contribution to COB since hisappointment in 2019 and was a highly respected member of the financial & mining profession and theresources industry. Our condolences are extended to Rob’s family. Rob was a wonderful friend and will begreatly missed”.
