Perhaps I didn't articulate myself properly.
Given CD's penchant for over promising and under delivering, his use of the word " imminent " IMHO should be taken as a pinch of salt.
I have far more confidence in Mr Mencel ,now in control.
Some what ironically,I have until now been of the opinion that VXL is an Industrial company with an attached ,mine.
While in time this may be the case,until then ,VXL is a mine,with much to do,with an attached processing plant, with much to do.
