Quick check confirms the contract is therefore a minimum of 37,453t over three years. 12.500t per annum with existing output of 14,000t p.a.. An excellent start for long term contractual offtake, and all the more so as you correctly point out the supposed weak state of the current graphite market.
An added bonus could be that this agreement wll underpin the financial facilities that were recently announced and subject to DD. Maybe this will be sufficient to clear the DD hurdle for first $20m?
