    I still appears some are getting confused between REMITTED and RECEIVED. They are totally different. In this case it is starkly obvious that the funds have not been received , which makes it hard to believe the next tranche of $12M will be received by the end of April (about 2 1/2 weeks away). Like to know if in fact Valentia did advise funds had been remitted!
