Let me try and explain it another way.
On the 7th March EVM made an announcement to the ASK that effectively said everything is great my Customer has told me the cheque is in the mail.
It is now the 12th April so if EVM have not received the cheque or the cheque has bounced, don't you think they should release an announcement to the ASK?
