Yeah, they basically accused Valentia of lying to them...by that 7th March press release ie. "Enviromission was Advised......the Cheque was in the mail".
The Japanese firm which is many times larger than EVM have been embarrassed in public now - basically accused on lying and welching on a "supposed" deal.
The Japanese have now LOST FACE.
Why would they go through Now (ie. send through 15M)?!?
