I don't think so. The business model is no longer to fund, build and operate these towers. Instead we simply licence them so I doubt we'd attempt o raise funds to build one or more towers.
That said, if we had cash to tip into a JV with Valentia/Sth East Asia Co, it would mean the build partner would be able to secure project finance a lot easier as it would be partially funded by cash (thus requiring less debt).
