I think you are right on the money with RA, their timing and everything else that has happened (or more so, not happened) with them makes me seriously think that they are smoke and mirrors.

I still have hope re-valentia, the coming week will either prove me right or wrong.

when it comes to rhe cost of the tower, i rsther prefer to have an expectef cost slightly inflated and a final delivery under budget, than a crippling serie of added costs when being constructed- but at the dame time it is a fine line as the company needs to sell the project on high ROI...
