    Every update from Valentia has indicated it seemed it would happen, with many deadlines and many updates.

    I am very hopeful it will happen at some stage, but my prediction that it will happen by this new deadline? Based on performance to date... Zero percent chance.

    Hopefully I will be proven wrong.
