In addition, one can only hope EVM managed to incorporate a Deed of Settlement, Termination, Payment and Transfer clause in the HOA with Valentia, releasing Valentia from its obligations and in return pay EVM agreed sum of termination money ($$$ ideally in the millions), so we can move forward with improved cash flow.

Termination payment is often used in HOA, so lets see how this unfolds.

It is a matter of time and EVM will relist, IMO.
