AGM must be within 5 months of end of financial year so the latest possible date is Wednesday 30th November.
The AGM notice must go out 28 days beforehand so by Wednesday 2nd November.
It will be interesting to see if the AGM notice has any resolutions to issue options to particular individuals, as this is one of the few ways left for EVM to raise cash.
