This Ann see's a shift from a hesitant toe in the water from Val to we want a massive part of you. This may mean instead of just owning part of EVM they want to BE EVM. A massive vote of confidence in the technology. Negative is it looks like Val have done a deal with Chinese construction so Val get China and not EVM, hope EVM get a cut in there somewhere , a bit dirty to say the least if EVM are excluded but I won't get too upset until we know exactly what the nuts and bolts of this deal is.

Just happy to see such a big vote of confidence in EVM no matter how this plays out EVM share holder will be benefit.
