Let's see what the facts are in March... whether the cash is in the account or there is another extension. I hope it is the prior... a lot of things can change in 3 months... and it has already been three months since original announcement. I would like to see a positive announcement from the DOE on upgrading the South-of-Parker transmission lines... then I think we can get a move on... a very quick move on...
