An upgrade to the transmission lines would be great but there is still no one to fund the Arizona tower. Maybe the transmission lines are the show-stopper? Who knows? I don't recall hearing that an upgrade to transmission lines was required when the SCPPA PPA was first announced or when funding for La Paz was announced, contingent on due diligence, which ultimately never happened.
