I could be completely wrong, but with some quick googling evm said in 2011 that they have the rights to develop solar tower renewable energy power station technology in china, and are party to a 20% non diluting, free carried agreement to develop towers in china with Shanghai Xiang jiang company.
But in 2015 they also said they own the global license to solar tower technology excluding china.
So I can only assume they don't own the license to tower technology, but own the development rights to build a tower in china. Maybe Shanghai Xiang own the license in china?
