Interesting that it mentions Russia and China as development locations. Never thought china would be a chance .. Could be epic.
No mention of India at all.
Don't see why they couldn't move the initial funds right away, always a delay.
Seems like evm will be close to bought out before any funds get through.
It seems like evm is closer than ever but still far away with no real funds in the bank.
