wise words mate. Was just talking about paying for the reno, not the whole house. Last time i tried get rich quick, i got my capital stuck. Im pretty confident i managed to get my parcel at the bottom- so im more than happy! I know if i violated my strategy and allocated more, would have gone pear shaped......murphys law and what not. Im happy for this to be a slow burn, as i am really not in a great rush. I think this little company has a bright future, so happy to watch them achieve that and tag along for the ride!
