VEN did a SPP not that long ago...might be worth having a look at how it traded after...also MEL current SP is suppressed because SPP entitled holders have been selling to make a quick buck or improve their position by selling at 2.8-3.3c whatever and buy back in the SPP at 2.5c......about $1.4m worth of shares have been traded since the record date.....
