The question is - what will be the catalyst to get the oppies in the money in time for other activities to progress? Guessing they are hoping for a quick turnaround for a reserves upgrade, followed by FID and a GSA deal. Devil will then be in the detail of the GSA - will it be just a standard contract, have a prepayment component or involve some sort of equity sale? So many variables.
