My “disrespectful” comment in my last post also applied to me in so far as I have allowed BS negative comments on HotCopper override my intellect in the past and it has cost me plenty. However, I like to think that I have learned from my mistakes.
MEL is on a pathway to earning up to $20m pa in free cashflow. The only feasible options I can see at this stage are:
1) The MEL share price rising materially to recognise the value of the long term cash flows the company is on the cusp of realising.
or
2) One of the JV partners will launch a takeover bid to enhance their own valuations.
